Ceridian Cares provides financial assistance for individuals and families in need in our communities. We help fill the gaps when people are struggling to pay for items and services related to basic needs and quality of life. We are the employee-driven charity of Ceridian HCM.

Examples of the types of grants we give are:
- Help for basics like food / clothing / footwear / shelter
- Essential household items
- Medical and mobility devices and home adjustments
- Special needs care
- Physical or emotional resources that encourage well-being
